  • When making a reservation, please leave your name and telephone number. If you need to cancel your reservation for a meeting or special event, please email the person in charge of reservations for that event at least 3 days prior to the event or you will remain responsible for the event fee.

HOPE Gala Dinner - 3/07/09

The HOPE International Kansai Gala Dinner is set for SAT, March 7th at The Ritz Carlton Osaka.  The organizers are very pleased to welcome the FEW group, friends, colleagues. 

Osaka Mayor Hiramatsu is scheduled to do the opening Kanpai.  The organizers expect that many dignitaries, company Executives, TV, media and newspapers will attend, with approximately 300 guests.

The theme for this year's event is "Water" and its effect on quality of life, in relation to HOPE's projects around the world.  Also, on the evening they will show a video outlining some of HOPE's key projects in locations including Sudan, Sri Lanka and Cambodia.  There will be a video update from the field in Cambodia about their micro-credit Cow Bank program there. 

Lots of donated prizes will be on hand ranging from fine wines, a top class TREK bicycle, nites in the Presidential suite at The Ritz Carlton, fine arts, vacation packages, etc.... will be raffled off as well as a silent auction, therefore plenty of ways to support the cause.

The table sponsorship is 10 seats at 250,000 yen.  The 25,000 yen/ person amount includes the dinner and basic donation to HOPE.  

Special package for FEW !!   We can reserve one table of 10 and each of us pays only half the price (i.e. 12,500 yen).

Give To Those In Need!

Funds Available for Charitable Organizations That Support Working Women in Kansai!

We at FEW Kansai feel privileged to have the luxury to have the support of good companies and/or our families while in Japan. Unfortunately, many working women don't have the privileges that we enjoy. They cannot afford daycare for their children, etc. These women need the support of organizations in Japan that offer assistance to them. Those organizations need funds.

If you know of an organization helping these working women in need, please let them know ASAP about this opportunity! There is a deadline on applications so act now!
