  • When making a reservation, please leave your name and telephone number. If you need to cancel your reservation for a meeting or special event, please email the person in charge of reservations for that event at least 3 days prior to the event or you will remain responsible for the event fee.

FEW Kansai is run solely by volunteers. A Board of Directors that is elected for one year terms by the regular membership governs FEW Kansai. The Board meets monthly.
